Sizes are measured from end to end of the cuff, so if you measure your wrist circumference, cuff size would be about 1.5-2 cm less, for example, if your your wrist circumference is about 16.5 cm, choose 15 cm, but, if you like it with a bigger gap and loose style as the model in pics choose 2-3 cm less then your wrist.
If your wrist circumference falls in between two sizes, go up a size as you can always adjust the cuff bracelet to have a tighter fit around your wrist, if you like it tight, go down a size.
