Steampunk-cog-gears-clock work-Plugs -Tunnels-Ear gauges

The gear is molded from 2 cogs of a clock, soldered one on top of the other with a 15 degree twist, making it thicker and 3 dimensional, than, soldered on a stainless plug.

Tunnels : Stainless Steel(316L Surgical Steel).
Top Gear : Brass.
